Yugoproof prepares and files with the competent authority its clients’ residency, tax, company, banking and nationality procedures, with Paraguayan lawyers matriculated before the Corte Suprema, and keeps you informed of every stage in your portal.

The authority decides each procedure in the exercise of its own powers. The details of the company that operates Yugoproof are in the legal notice.

The first consultation is free of charge. If you decide to go ahead, we send you a written quote for your procedure, which binds us for the period it states.

Our prices include IVA. The invoice shows the tax on its own line. Payment is made on our payment provider’s secure page: our site never asks you for card or bank account details.

We tell you exactly which documents to gather and guide you through each one. We ask you to give us authentic, valid documents and to let us know if anything in your situation changes.

Your account is personal and you keep your credentials safe. In your portal you see every stage of your procedure and the record of every access to your file.

When the contract is concluded outside business premises, you may withdraw within seven days of signing it, as Article 26 of Ley N° 1334/1998 on Consumer and User Protection provides.

These terms are interpreted in the way most favorable to you as a consumer and are governed by the laws of the Republic of Paraguay.
